How to register

This year, enrollment in summer camps affiliated with the City of Bologna is divided into two phases.

First phase | 14-28 April

In the first phase, which runs from April 14 to 28, you must fill out and submit the application for enrollment.
You can do it calmly, because the questions are not ordered by the date and time of submission.
To fill out and submit the application:

access the online form on Iperbole with SPID;
choose summer weeks and camps;
send the question.

You can submit only one application for each son/daughter you want to enroll: any subsequent applications for enrollment, even if sent within the opening deadline of the call, will be canceled.
You can choose up to two alternatives for each round of attendance.
You can save the application as a draft and then modify it: after the final submission, you will no longer be able to make changes.

By sending the application, you will receive via email a link and an applicant code that you will need to confirm the application in the next phase: for all applications for enrollment of sons/daughters belonging to the same registry, you will receive a single applicant code.

Second phase | 5-9 May

In the second phase, which runs from 5 to 9 May 2025, you must confirm your registration:

connect to the link you received via email when submitting the application;
enter the applicant code that you received when submitting the application;
you can print/save the receipt.

When you confirm the application for registration, it is assigned a date and a time of submission and is forwarded to the managers indicated in the application.

Subsequent registrations

From 23 May 2025, even if you are not a resident of the City of Bologna, you can apply for registration on the remaining places still available. These assignments will be made according to the chronological order in which the applications arrive.
You can indicate a single summer camp preference for each required shift.

Contribution

Remember that until April 24, 2025, you can apply for a contribution to participate in Summer Camps and Schools open all year round: if you have an Isee of up to 35,000 euros, the contribution is 100 euros per week, for a maximum of 300 euros in total for each participant.
